I am absolutely delighted with my results, triple distinctions. At times it seemed a bit overwhelming, but it was also good to do the course in a concentrated period and therefore not lose momentum. My motivation for doing the course was that I could see where the future of our business was heading, towards digital and more direct consumer relationships. COVID-19 has certainly accelerated that and I'm now in a good position to understand how we need to go forward. I will go on to mention that I'm 58 years old and been working for the company for 29 years, so goes to prove that you can teach an old 'dog' new tricks! You just have to be open to receive the message. Thank you for all the support and guidance received by yourself and the tutors.
