The online learning environment is absolutely great I cannot speak more highly of it! It suits my lifestyle perfectly and is great with the live course tutor. I think this is a invaluable learning tool, it’s just like being in a classroom (and on a Saturday morning learning feels much better in your slippers & a cup of tea.

While delivering two modules during my Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing course, Peter proved to be extremely knowledgeable and capable of explaining complex theoretical concepts and their practical applications in a clear and consistent manner. I asked Duncan to put on a session about email compliance with some trepidation – would there be enough people interested, and to be honest, having no experience of Duncan’s presentation ability or style, could he make the three hour session engaging and keep people’s interest going for three hours! As it turned out, there was nothing to fear. There was a lot to get through and he kept us completely captivated for the entire session. Duncan delivers, what could be a very dry session, with passion and energy. By the end of the session, he helped us understand how by working with the intricacies of email marketing compliance we could come out with a better proposition that would actually reduce our opt-out rates.
